Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• 1. 大专或以上学历 College degree or above2. 国际贸易、国际航运，货运代理等相关专业Major in International Trade, International shipping, Freight forwarding3. 5年以上操作经理经验或10年以上操作主管经验，掌握空运出口全航线操作流程及要点，有航空公司、同行等市场资源，有车队、仓库、报关行等供应商资源，团队管理能力强with over 5 years of experience as an operation manager or over 10 years of experience as an operation supervisor. Familiar the operation process and key points of the entire air export route, with market resources such as airlines and peers, as well as supplier resources such as truck, warehouses, customs brokers, etc. Strong team management ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1. 空运出口相关专业知识并熟知操作流程Professional knowledge related to air freight exports and familiarity with operating procedures.2. CET-6, 良好的英语听说读写能力 Good English in reading and writing, CET-6 or above is preferred.3. 具有培训和胜任空运单证,操作及客服的管理工作Possess training and capable of managing air freight documents, operations, and customer service.4. 熟练掌握办公自动化,熟悉计算机应用Familiar with office automation and computer applications.5. 具有独立的、专业的、积极的工作态度, 有洞察力，具有良好的解决问题的能力Independent, professional, and active working attitude, insightful with good problem-solving skills.6. 具有良好的沟通协调技巧和处理问题的能力Possess good communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to handle problems.7. 具有主动性，强烈的责任心和团队合作精神Possess initiative, strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit.8. 具有客户服务精神Possess customer service spirit.9. 抗压能力强Strong pressure resistance.
