C.H. Robinson Associate Program Manager in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

This role is primarily in-office, requiring your presence five days a week. We understand the importance of some flexibility, and we offer options to manage your workload. You can structure your schedule within reason to meet deadlines, with occasional extended hours balanced by the ability to start or finish early during less demanding periods.
Responsibilities:
Support business-specific programs, ensuring their success and impact
Assist in the creation and execution of project plans, communicate progress, and participate in program-related meetings to meet deliverables
Drive change initiatives, acting as a catalyst for organizational growth
Foster positive stakeholder experiences and build strong relationships with program teams and customers through proactive communication and collaboration
Support applicable stakeholders as they execute a program implementation strategy, with the intent of operationalizing programs
Actively collect and analyze feedback from program participants and facilitators to fuel continuous improvement.
Refine program strategies to stay ahead while also monitoring and modifying processes for existing programs, including documentation, defining roles, and ensuring execution
Proactively identify and address risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work flexible hours (some early/late hours may be required)
Ability to travel up to 10% (domestically)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting programs, projects, or processes
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Prior work experience in a decentralized, multi-site, global organization
General knowledge of program, project and process management philosophy, methodology and tools
Ability to manage relationships and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
Basic consultative skills and ability to influence effectively across varied stakeholder audiences
Facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and to handle sensitive matters with judgment, tact, and diplomacy
Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment
Ability to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization
